MP & Silva, an international media rights company, secured a deal with the Premier League to distribute the media rights of English football’s top-tier Premier League for the next three seasons in the Philippines.MP & Silva sold the rights to new broadcaster, beIN SPORT HD. They were unable to be ready for the start of this season. This gave the BALLS channel an opportunity to show live Barclays Premier League matches. Up to the end of October, BALLS would have shown 23 matches over 9 match weekends.
beIN SPORT HD is now available on SKYcable HD and will fulfil its exclusive rights from November 1. The last Barclays Premier League match on BALLS with be Chelsea vs. Manchester City on Monday October 28.
